The building is an old structure built in the 60’s. This family house, full of sentimental value is on two levels is to be converted into an office complex with 2 additional floors added including a Penthouse. The strategy to add the floors is to bridge the building with a steel structure.
As for the façade, the idea was to re-use the breeze blocks to create an uniform façade, shade and privacy while keeping a dialogue with the old structure.
