The brief was to create a village for the local police and their station in this small town of France. A few kilometers away from Paris, this town offered a hilly and free landscape of 1ha to play with.
The site is wonderful: a natural slope of green fields.
Following the LEEDS principles, we have designed the buildings discreetly integrated into this valley and landscaped the external spaces in complete harmony with the natural slope. We maximized the orientation South-East and freed the view towards the horizon, by taking advantage of the natural elements in the planning: sun, the water, the swale, the orientations of the rooms
