How do you create variety of residential types while maintaining an unic look?
Between duplex, triplex, maisonette or simple apartments, the modularity of the system allows each developer to create his menu according to what he wants to sell.
The design was developed as a variation of Anthony Court project.

Rather than having various typologies on top of each other let’s have them as independent units, this way each type of flat is hosted in a block.
